Bryan Mickler
With over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate Bryan Mickler's responsibilities have included the leasing and marketing of grocery anchored shopping centers, mixed-use urban infill sites, ground up retail developments, and power centers in the Jacksonville and Northeast Florida markets. Mr. Mickler takes a strategic approach throughout the leasing process with a focus on analyzing the local trade areas, performing void analysis, creating target lists, canvassing local markets, and negotiating deals. He works with a large portfolio of landlord clients consisting of institutional and local property owners such as Island Capital Group and MetLife. Additionally, Mr. Mickler has extensive experience representing tenants, both large and small including, Global Diamonds, Unisource, and Cricket Wireless.
Mr. Mickler is a Jacksonville native and an 8th-generation Floridian. He started his career as a commercial real estate broker at Nussbaum and Sons Realtors. He later served as a principal in Pedestrian Properties where he created the concept for and then developed and managed the Brooklyn Contemporary Arts Center. In addition to owning his own commercial properties, Mr. Mickler worked as a property manager for the Cesery Companies and as the Vice President of Retail Brokerage for NAI Hallmak.
Mr. Mickler is a graduate of The Bolles School and the University of Georgia. He has been a Florida licensed real estate broker for 25 years.
Mr. Mickler is a member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers), NAIOP Northeast Florida, and is active in the community. He is also serves on various local boards and is the President of the San Marco Preservation Society.
Luke Feldman, CCIM
Luke is one of the Founding Partners of Three Lions Real Estate Group. He specializes in acquisitions and dispositions of office and retail properties throughout the Jacksonville MSA. Luke oversees the entire transaction process, from strategic marketing and underwriting to negotiations and due diligence, ensuring seamless execution for his clients. He acts as a liaison between prospective buyers and owners to facilitate successful negotiations.
Prior to Three Lions, Luke worked for NAI Hallmark in Jacksonville as a part of the investment sales team, joining in 2017 to further build the investment platform. Before that, he gained valuable experience at Front Street, a boutique commercial real estate firm later acquired by Avison Young. Over the course of his career, Luke has successfully closed more than $140 million in commercial real estate transactions.
Luke holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Florida’s prestigious Hough Graduate School of Business. He is also a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member).
